Return Conditions

To help us process your request promptly and smoothly:

1. Products must be in their original packaging and unopened.
2. Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

شروط الاسترجاع

لمساعدتنا في معالجة طلبكم بسرعة وسلاسة:

1. يجب أن تكون المنتجات في عبوتها الأصلية وغير مفتوحة.
2. لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المستخدمة أو المفتوحة إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.
3. بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع وفحص المنتج، سيتم إصدار المبلغ على نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7–10 أيام عمل.
4. رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
