Thank you for shopping with LKY Cosmetics! Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once processed, delivery takes 4 to 5 working days.

1. Total Estimated Delivery: 5–6 working days from order date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Attempts & Cancellation

Each order will have 3 delivery attempts. If the order is not received after all 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to us.

1. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Product refunds (excluding shipping) will be issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
3. To reorder after cancellation, a new order must be placed.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide delivery instructions at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on your delivery area and will be displayed at checkout.

1. FREE delivery on all orders above 2,000 EGP.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

6. Incorrect Address

LKY Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address before submitting. Contact us immediately at info@lkyegypt.com if you need to make a correction — we can only amend addresses within the 1-day processing window.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@lkyegypt.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

1. معالجة الطلب

تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال يوم عمل واحد. لا تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية.

2. مدة التوصيل

بعد معالجة الطلب، يستغرق التوصيل من 4 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

1. إجمالي مدة التوصيل المتوقعة: 5–6 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب.

مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف قليلًا بسبب تأخيرات شركة الشحن أو الأحوال الجوية أو مواسم الذروة.

3. محاولات التوصيل والإلغاء

سيتم تنفيذ 3 محاولات توصيل لكل طلب. إذا لم يتم استلام الطلب بعد جميع المحاولات الثلاث، سيتم إلغاء الطلب وإعادته إلينا.

1. رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد.
2. سيتم استرداد قيمة المنتج (باستثناء الشحن) بعد استلام الطرد المرتجع وفحصه.
3. لإعادة الطلب بعد الإلغاء، يجب تقديم طلب جديد.

نرجو التأكد من تواجد شخص في عنوان التوصيل، أو تقديم تعليمات التوصيل عند إتمام الطلب.

4. رسوم الشحن

تُحدد رسوم الشحن بناءً على منطقة التوصيل وستظهر عند إتمام الطلب.

1. توصيل مجاني لجميع الطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 2,000 جنيه مصري.

5. تتبع الطلب

سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعد شحن طلبكم. يرجى الانتظار حتى 24 ساعة لتحديث معلومات التتبع.

6. عنوان غير صحيح

LKY Cosmetics غير مسؤولة عن الطلبات المشحونة إلى عناوين غير صحيحة قدمها العميل. يرجى التحقق من عنوانكم قبل تأكيد الطلب. تواصلوا معنا فورًا على info@lkyegypt.com إذا كنتم بحاجة إلى تصحيح العنوان — يمكننا تعديل العنوان فقط خلال فترة المعالجة (يوم عمل واحد).

7. الطرود المفقودة أو التالفة

إذا كان طردكم مفقودًا أو تالفًا أثناء الشحن، تواصلوا معنا على info@lkyegypt.com خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التوصيل المتوقع.
